PAIF Professional Mentorship Program
One of our biggest aims at Pregnancy After Infertility (PAIF) is to raise awareness and understanding in this specialty area. However, we also want to assist career and practice development, plus income opportunities for fertility, gynaecology and obstetrics specialists.
The more we can educate and equip health care professionals with the insights and knowledge they need to provide this specific support – the more women we can all support together.
Better support can increase client’s confidence in their conception, pregnancy and birth – so they can face and travel through this journey with far less anxiety and fear.
Leading to much healthier outcomes for both mum and new baby.
We are looking to support you as well, we aim for more connection in both professional care & support!! Not just the client.
PAIF is currently looking for research partners and offering professional development coaching & programs for obstetricians and gynaecologists to help guide a speciality area in PAIF.
The right support matters. What you do has a huge impact on the health and wellbeing of new mums and their babies. Who’s looking after you?
Yet the area of pregnancy after infertility isn’t a typical topic, both in conversation and within traditional medical training.
I’m here to change all of that.
Because it’s inevitable that the more expertise and support we all have will help produce better outcomes – happier clients and happier in your profession.

How we can work together
First, please read about my professional background and how PAIF was conceived (make the conceived a button back to about PAIF)
PAIF aims to Improve Connections – client to practitioner but also practitioner to practitioner for a brighter future for fertility, obstetricians and gynaecologist specialist because you matter too!!!
As a medical health care professional I have experienced a more than average number of colleagues take their own lives or leave the caring profession because of the lack of work life balance and or appreciation or care for them as a human being! This is also a statistic I would like to change!
Body:
For the caring health professional who like to practice at the top of their game / potential – clients having poor outcomes can be just as stressful and frustrating for you, as it is to the patient.
WE want to help identify areas of improvement from the very first time a client walks through your doors…. all the way to the care in the fourth trimmest.
Our Professional Coaching and Mentoring Programs brings medical professionals together to connect, learn and lead in this specific field of care which is growing.
Not to create competition but to build together… a way of learning to offer expert support to women and couples that need it most.
I have written my own journey down
“Pregnancy After Infertility – A Guide to What’s Different and What’s Next” and while doing so conducted copious amounts of research (to much to mention it all and lots more to do in the future to keep it up to date). But whats a passion without passion!!

This will include:

- Client appraisals / wellbeing surveys.
We will go through the various subjects as per the book one pre-recorded session at a time with plenty of ability to ask questions, role play or practice scenarios of how to incorporate it into your clinical practice.
I will also be bringing in other professionals to discuss of these and many more topics.
How much participation is required?
Participation is at the practitioner’s discretion. However, to get the most out of the mentorship, active participation is encouraged with regular Q&As to discuss the topic areas extensively.
The Mentorship Program is a 100% safe zone – no question is too silly, nor any person be made to feel less than their professional ability at any stage.
You will be challenged to think, access, and redefine your passions, loves and pursuits within your profession. We aim to stretch you (even if only a little) beyond what you feel you are capable.
